Having a shoot with Todd and his favourite sport – hockey – was something completely different for me – but it was a ton of fun to do! Naturally, I’m not a sporty person, and when any sport involves a ball it will inevitably hit me. Doing a shoot with a hockey ball around was slightly terrifying, but there was no need to be scared – Todd’s skill and accuracy meant that ball didn’t come anywhere near me – not even through the net when it really had the chance to. Todd loves hockey and has been playing for years, and after a recent knee operation that put him back, he was ready to play just after a few weeks – if that’s not dedication, I don’t know what is! Todd’s mum Joanne asked for some special family photos – you might recognise her and Montanna from the shoot I did with Monti & Levi a short while ago!
Thanks so much to Todd for being such a sport (mind the pun!) and teaching me a bit, and even pulling funny faces with everyone! I hope you enjoyed it, and hope you like your photos! Also, a huge shout out to the Randburg Astro & the lovely people who allowed us to use your venue for the shoot – I know it was a bit of an unusual request, but thank you so much for accommodating us. 🙂
